Anissa is a freelance graphic designer with over 15 years of professional experience.

In 1994, Anissa began her career at Projects International, an architectural firm in the San Francisco area. Her main responsibility was designing logos and signage for retail and dining venues at the Ikspiari Resort in Japan. Anissa also contributed to other hospitality projects by providing presentation graphics and identity design, and directing freelance designers and illustrators. Upon completion of the Ikspiari Resort project, Anissa returned to Southern California in 1996 and began freelancing full-time.

As a freelance designer, Anissa's main focus is helping small businesses develop a unique visual presence in their industry. She works closely with clients, determining their branding and marketing needs and providing effective creative solutions. Her clientele includes a variety of enterprising businesses:

Outside of graphic design, Anissa also enjoys exploring different avenues of creativity, which has led to unexpected yet wonderful experiences. One such experience was becoming a drawing and painting instructor at Kids Art from 2003-2005. Another more recent experience was launching her own cake decorating business in 2009. Anissa has a BFA in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton.
